I may be misunderstanding your question, if so please try to be more specific.

1. Any microphone that can be connected to your computer can be used for VOIP
2. Any soundcard that works with your computer should be able to be used for VOIP. There is no need for a special screen to do VOIP, but if you use a monitor (of any type) and a webcam you can extend VOIP to video telephony.

The most used service for VOIP and video telephony is Skype, but there are open source alternatives, like Linphone, Ekiga and Empathy.

Thank you , but what are the benefits for microphone and cards to do VOIP conversations or information about computer platform of communications .

The benefits of microphones and audio-cards for VOIP are that they actually enable you to do that. Without a combination of microphone and audio-card which act as a recording device you are not able to do VOIP.
There are several benefits of VOIP, but I would think the main advantage is the low costs. While classic telephony can cost you huge amounts of money, especially international calls, using VOIP costs you nothing more than the costs you have anyways for your Internet connection. This is of course only true of you use VOIP on a computer to computer basis, computer to telephone calls can cause additional costs.

I still have the feeling that I can not address your real question due to a language barrier. If so, it might be helpful to re-phrase the question or try to use an online translating service.
