I don't know what you're asking. Choice of DM should be completely independent from display driver versions, though sometimes a bug will only manifest in a certain environment.

Has the inside of your laptop ever been cleaned? Possibly something is overheating.
Try running some live distro other than *buntu. Another doing the same thing would suggest a hardware problem.
Your GPU uses shared RAM. Try running memtest86 overnight (at least 8 hours) to make sure RAM hasn't become a problem. Reseating the RAM might help if RAM is the problem.

I would do that if my USB flash would work. Right now, in GPARTED it has:
-File System: unallocated
//And USB doesn't have any partition

Reporting what GPARTED "has" is of little use in trying to help. How do you know "USB doesn't have any partition"? USB sticks don't always need to have a partition to be useful. Please provide output from: while your USB stick is attached.
