Video Input Recomendation Needed

Hey all, I'm in search of a card that will accept RCA inputs (if not, then S-Video inputs) as well as audio inputs and work with my existing video card to display what it receives. I basically want a card I can hook up my cable TV up to and turn my monitor into a TV and also to take my PS2 so I can play PS2 on my computer using my monitor as a TV.

I want it to also run on Linux as well as Windows.

Does anyone know of such a card?

Let me know if anything even comes close. Thanks.

I would refer you to the many options... but perhaps a look through the HCL will yield something. In Windows I use a Pinnacle and couldn't be happier, it was a great deal at the time too, and handles DV via Firewire, has an input and output in both RCA and S-video, and the newer models also do component and HDMI/DVI input. Looking at the HCL though, success may be spotty...But then again it may work fine. Other than pinnacle, I can't really give any personal recommendations.
You can try doing a little google though, looks like searching for Linux Capture Card gives a few reviews and success stories, and whatnot.
