[SOLVED] Video Driver for Debian Linux

Hi!

I'm trying to run/use the Intel GMA 4500 on my Debian Linux (Lenny), but I'm having some problems. I just can't find the drivers and the default installation does not install the correct driver.

Anyone knows what to do?

The drivers in Lennys Xorg just are too old for your card. I don't know if a newer xorg is in backports, but I doubt it is. Only solution known to me is to use Squeeze or Sid.

I understand.
Well, I'll try to do that. The only problem is that I see the squeeze's installation a bit confusing. The installer asks questions related to things which I am not familiar, such as "cron" and even the type of keyboard I'm using, things that the former Debian would select/detect automatically with no problems. But I'll try anyway.
