No.

1. There is no such thing as "linux hardware"
2. There are so many possible hardware configurations (even if you restrict to video hardware) that no single link could possibly cover them all "no matter what it;s (sic) about".
3. There is no generallity - you have to be specific. If there is a specific hardware you want to get going, ask about it.
4. follow the link in "advice" in my sig, below, if you want to know how to get more helpful replies.
