VIA vga card problem in FC5

Hi folks,
I had a fresh install of Fc5 on my machine.Its a
P4,24.Ghz 512Mb ram,
ASROCK 775VM800 motherboard,

I had this problem:
1) when i do a ALT+TAB to change a window..it takes a long time to come...
2) when i type a line on the terminal and try to delete it using the backspace it takes a long time for the cursor to reach the prompt
3) It takes a long time to scroll pages using arrow keys in the terminal...

It l0oks like some refresh rate problem(?!)..but then was not sure..

I thought this should be some kinda of video card problem..and saw my lspci output..
Here is it:
