Hi folks,
I had a fresh install of Fc5 on my machine.Its a
P4,24.Ghz 512Mb ram,
ASROCK 775VM800 motherboard,
I had this problem:
1) when i do a ALT+TAB to change a window..it takes a long time to come...
2) when i type a line on the terminal and try to delete it using the backspace it takes a long time for the cursor to reach the prompt
3) It takes a long time to scroll pages using arrow keys in the terminal...
It l0oks like some refresh rate problem(?!)..but then was not sure..
I thought this should be some kinda of video card problem..and saw my lspci output..

the last line says unknown device for the vga card...and i also found that the generic vesa driver was being used...
So people can u tell me if VIA vga card chipsets are supported in linux..?
and..so what do i do to solve this problem.?..pls help
