Via C7 alternative

I am searching for an alternative of hardware rng and crypto accelerator of Via C7, for a SSL server.
Anyone know PCI device or motherboard cheap that can supply support for this?

I think he's refering to VIA's "PadLock" engine:

IBM makes crypto coprocessor cards, but I'm not sure if they support Linux:
