Very long boot time with new ubuntu feisty

Hello!
I've just upgraded from ubuntu edgy to feisty. With edgy it used to boot in less than minute. Feisy's boot takes 119 seconds.

I think my build-in soundcard (AC97 chip on intel i845E chipsed) is somehow involved.

Here's part of /var/log/messages:
Code:

Apr 26 11:15:30 dmitry-dsk-ubuntu kernel: [ 99.251125] fuse init (API version 7.8)
That "clocking" marked with bold takes whole 50 seconds! What can I do with it?

This page might be of some use. Search for the term "clocking to" on it and start reading: http://www.ee.surrey.ac.uk/Personal/.../Inspiron8500/
