Try this as root

# grep "bus clock" /var/log/dmesg
..... host bus clock speed is 265.8966 MHz.

Hi...

Fine.. But is it the speed between Memory and Chipset or Processor and Chipset ??

Because i have intel 865 Motherboard with p4 2.8 Ghz 800 FSB processor with DDR 400 Memory.

but the host bus clock shows only 200 Mhz..

I am not clear on this..

Any suggestions ??

That sounds right. P4s are "quad pumped" (4*200 = 800), and DDR memory works on both side of the clock (2*200 = 400). Check out overclockers.com for more clearification.
