Using TV-out in KDE Help please?

Hi all! Well I have been using linux for a while and want to hook it up to my TV
Now I have geforce fx 5600xt with svideo out and I am using a svideo to composite adapter to hookup the tv. Now I have gotten to Bash with the tv showing bash well I want to use it in KDE. Now I believe I have to edit ny xf86config file to use the TV in KDE, can anyone please tell\show me how, or lead me to a site that has info on this.
Also when I updated my Nvidia Drivers to the newest ones it messes up after i exit KDE back to Bash, like a whole bunch of white lines covering every thing, also can someone help me with this?
Thanks DDR

EDIT: also my tv is a ntsc I believe since i live in USA its a new APEX 20inch tv

Not sure If this is needed but I will post my xf86config file here
