Use Thunderbolt to DVI monitor from Macbook Pro 2011 running Linux?
Mine is a 13" MacBook Pro 2011 with a thunderbolt port. It is running Linux Mint 19.2 Cinnamon, and I wish to attach external monitor with a DVI port to it (SyncMaster 2333SW).
The Thunderbolt port is NOT the 3 version.
Is there a way to do this hardware/driver-wise?
Thank you much!

Thank you both.
Any idea if these would be compatible with Linux Mint?

Sorry, forgot to reiterate that this is a Linux 19.2 running on a MacBook Pro, early 2011. I worry about needing special Linux drivers.

It doesn't matter what OS is running; this is a plug to a monitor. 99.9x% chance it'll work just fine. And if it doesn't work, it's cheap...return it to Amazon.
