I'm out of ideas. I suggest you ask those more knowledgeable at https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailma...info/intel-gfx and/or https://lists.x.org/mailman/listinfo/xorg and/or https://lists.x.org/mailman/listinfo/xorg-devel. Tell them that the USB bus detects the 0711:0900 USB-VGA dongle but Xorg only finds the 8086:0106 Sandybridge LVDS and HDMI. Before you do, read through https://01.org/linuxgraphics/documen...ow-report-bugs so you'll know what information they will likely require. Also point them to this thread. Good luck.
