usb2.0 still broken - am I the only one???

Its been months since this was working on my ipod and palm connections, and before that it was flaky. I understand (from bugzilla) this is a known bug, but is it a high priority fix? It is very annoying. Am I the only one with this problem?

Thanks

No problem with my hardware Adaptec PCI both Firewire and 2.0 USB under 2.6.16.16 kernel using ehci-hcd module for 2.0 USB. Which bugzilla bug number?
I have seen problems with an SIIG 2.0 USB PCI and some kernels. Hardware may not quite be standardized. USing ideas like in the winmodem area.
