USB Webcam

Hello, I'm new here and I have a problem with a webcam. It's a typhoon webshot 2 USB 300k. Does anybody know which chipset it has or if there are any drivers?

have you checked http://spca50x.sf.net to see if their driver supports your cam?

Don't know if you have found out what you wanted but 3 things you can do are

from an xterm do

dmesg|grep usb

this should list all found usb items even if they are not supported ( yet ).

Take a look at http://www.qbik.ch/usb/devices/showdev.php?id=1953

Also take a look at http://www.linux-usb.org/usb.ids
