First off, forget about windows drivers. They're useless on Linux.

If you're running the most recent 2.6.27 kernel, then your camera is probably already supported. This kernel includes the new gspca driver module, which provides support for most webcams.

If you're running an older kernel, you'll have to compile and install the module yourself. Here's a good video tutorial I found that explains how to do it. I suggest that you first check to see if your distro provides ready-made packages for it before going to all that trouble though.

Linux cannot use windows drivers like for webcams. Best thing is plug in the webcam and review the end of dmesg command to see if it sees it and possible get info from that. Post that info it shows. Also you have distrobution Redhat 7.3 listed. if that is want are running then you will need to upgrade the distro more than likely.
