Angry USB storage devices accessible only by root

For some reason my system won't allow me to access USB flash drives unless I run Konqueror as root. How do I make flash drives accessible to all users? Here is my fstab:
Quote:
/dev/hdb3 / reiserfs acl,user_xattr 1 1
/dev/hda2 /windows/C ntfs users,gid=users,umask=0002,nls=utf8 0 0
/dev/hda1 /windows/D vfat user,defaults 0 0
/dev/hda4 /windows/E vfat user,defaults 0 0
proc /proc proc defaults 0 0
sysfs /sys sysfs noauto 0 0
usbfs /proc/bus/usb usbfs noauto 0 0
devpts /dev/pts devpts mode=0620,gid=5 0 0
/dev/cdrecorder /media/cdrecorder subfs noauto,fs=cdfss,ro,procuid,nosuid,nodev,exec,iocharset=utf8 0 0
/dev/fd0 /media/floppy subfs noauto,fs=floppyfss,procuid,nodev,nosuid,sync 0 0
/dev/hdb1 swap swap defaults 0 0
/dev/hdc /media/dvdrecorder subfs noauto,fs=cdfss,ro,procuid,nosuid,nodev,exec,iocharset=utf8 0 0
