Rep:
USB reader for Zaurus
I have an old Sharp Zaurus SL-5500 that is running an old Linux 2.4.18 kernel. It has an SD slot and a CF slot. I have a USB audio recorder that I would like to connect to the Zaurus so that I can read and copy files on the USB recorder. I've looked for USB adaptors that would fit into either the SD or the CF slot but found nothing. How could I do this?

There isn't much on the first link and it shows up in another language...I do understand the login box.
The last link shows a picture of the cable but it won't fit in a Zaurus SL-5500. Know of any way I could use that cable in a CF or SD slot...a second adaptor I would think is needed?
Click on the British flag at the top of the page, then in the search box type zhost.
Sorry I didn't realise they had unfriendly links for sending URL's to people..
Ahh the SL-6000 has a host usb port in it.. the SL-5500 didn't (It's been a while since I traded up)
So you are definitely looking for one of these (as stated in your original post.. ) http://sewelldirect.com/ComponentsPe.../-Function-USB
I have no idea if it will work with a Zaurus or not.. And the price, yikes !!
