USB Printer setup in RedHat 8.0

HI there I Just finished setting up a Linux server and I want to configure my USB Printer that I have. If anybody can help how to set it up. Thanks. The printer is a Lexmark X83

I had to do a cups install but I am also working on networking the printer. www.linuxprinting.org is a good resource

Does it recognize the printer already? For some printers, you have to use LPR, I know the z23 requires a download from lexmark(they have drivers for most of their stuff) which you just sh script run and it will set it up for you.

Make sure it sees the printer hardware, if it is possible use cups instead of lpr, but use whatever is required.

You may have some trouble with this one if cups doesn't support it. A quick search of lexmark site shows no driver, and no linux support for it.
