Hi folks, this is my first full attempt at using Linux and so far I am quite impressed, one thing that is really bothering me though is I cannot get my USB phone (phoneskype model sk-04) working properly in SuSE 10.1, it states in the manual it is Linux compatible but depsite having the phones ringtone working I have been unable to answer or make calls or use the keypad that is also compatible.

I must admit to being very green as far as the way Linux works so am looking for a little help if possible, this is a business phone line so I need to have it working.

Any help you can give is appreciated.
