USB peripherals & on-board slots

Greetings: I am running F-19 KDE on AMD MB and 8-Core processor. When I boot the system, the USB hub connected lights and the wireless mouse lights and in the BIOS screen my mouse will function. However at the log on screen the hub is no longer lighted nor is the wireless mouse indicating functioning. I ran a lspci to get the type of controllers and they are: AMD- (3) OHCI0 controllers; (3) EHCI controllers; (1) EHCI controller and (2) Etron Tech 3.0 controllers. Can anyone help me get these working? Thanks...
