USB mouse strange behavior on Slackware 14.2


Hello !

I am facing a strange issue with my USB mouse.

I am running Slackware 14.2, with Xorg 1.18.3. My window manager is bspwm 0.9.3, and I am using Compton as my compositor.
The mouse is a logitech G300.

When my laptop is connected via HDMI to my second monitor, my mouse clicks (left, right and center buttons) are instantly moving the cursor to a fixed location at the right of the HDMI monitor. It happens when I click with the pointer on either of the 2 monitors. If I move it, it gets back to where I clicked.

Trying to understand what was going on with xev, I get this strange thing when it happens :

I have lurked quite a bit on the internet trying to get what the problem was by myself, but I can't seem to find anything useful...

Any kind of help would be appreciated
I am not sure what conf files contents would be helpful here, so feel free to tell me what I should post.

Welcome to LinuxQuestions.org. This reads like a window manager specific behaviour or issue, rather than with Xorg per se.

You might try broadcasting your support net wider to attract the help you need...
