USB Modem

Sorry 4 being so annoying from the first day ...

I have a USB SpeedTouch ADSL modem that is not sensed yet by FC4 . i can't access internet ( ofcorse now i'm under windows ) through Linux .

The computer is not a member of any network .. it's independent .. no switch .. no router .. just that usb modem .

What should i do ?
thnx and i promise that's the last question 4 the day
