USB-Microphone Crash
 

When Mandrake 10.0 boots up with My USB the system freazes up. This happens when it tries to detect the device. This does not happen to the other usb devices though. My microphone works ok in windows-inluding memory stick Usb printer.

I tried fiddling with the Bios settings and I have noticed that when I dont assign a irq to USB mandrake will not detect any USB devices but windows still does ,so windows USB drivers work differently then Linux ones.

The most likely problem is USB Microphone are not common enough to get any support.
