USB MAss Storage Error

I have a Neo Jukebox MP3 player, it has a 3.5 HD w/ fat32. I have desparately been trying to build the kernel to get it to work. When I go to mount it, it get the error fat32 not supported by kernel. Now I know that I have indeed enabled all of the MS File systems that are enabled in the xconfig. Can anyone shed some light on this fpr me? I have enabled the usb and mass storage capabilities as well.

Hi!
Did you compile it as a module? If so, you'd have to modprobe it first. I think its something like
modprobe vfat
And then try again.
Good Luck!
