USB light

Hello all,

I just purchased a blue USB LED light and I was wondering if there was an application that I could use to make it blink or what ever. I am running Ubuntu.

Unless the light was designed to be controlled with some sort of software to light up, it probably runs straight off of the power output of the USB port. The only way to make it blink would be to control power output to the USB port itself. That I'm aware of, that's not possible under any OS.
