Angry USB in R/W mode

I have searched and searched, and every thing I found didn't work -- so here goes..

Got a USB 20 gigger... FAT 32 partition...
I can mount it as root, and read and write <but of course>
As a standard user, i can read it, but can't write to it..
I've read until my eyes are crossed and every thing I find makes the MOUNT command throw a fit. Soo here is what I know..

The USB drive is @ /dev/sda1
It is FAT32

I have tried the following --

mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/usbdrive vfat user,exec,noauto,defaults,umask=0,rw 0 0

it don't like that

but doing mount /dev/sda1 /mnt/usbdrive
it's fine with that..

HELP!!

Try making sure the permissions for the mountpoint (/mnt/usbdrive) allow users RWX access and change the option user to users in your fstab.

My fstab entry is quite simple, really:
/dev/sda1 /mnt/pendrive vfat users,noauto 0 0
