ok, problem solved. I found another web-page about my camera (Konica Digital Revio KD-400z).

finally I mounted for another time several devices (included sdb1) and now it works. I don't know why but thank you for your help.

Hey Blinkeye, I am using a sony dsc p-8 for my linux box, I have redhat 8. At first i opened gtkam.?? i think that is what is called. and i tryed to connect my camera via usb?? but i didnt have the correct drivers for my camera. So then i tryed to mount it like my usb device, didnt work. So then i went back to my camera, On my camera i have 2 choices usb and ptp. Gtkam has the same options. I tryed ptp and Voilla it worked. Maybe this will help. But like i said i am not too sure about your camera's options

thansk t_caplette, but as far as I know, I don't have these options on my cam. nevertheless I've managed my cam working.
