USB Cardreader

Hi folks,
I've SuSE Linux 9.0 running (Kernel 2.4.21-226-smp4G).
At startup i get many many messages about USB Cardreader.
The Cardreader is unused, no Cards are inserted.
How can I supress those unnessessary waste-messages who only fill up the console.
Thanks, eric

messages from usb cardreader

Hi Joey,

here is my /etc/fstab:

/dev/hdb4 / reiserfs defaults 1 1
/dev/hda1 /windows/C ntfs ro,users,gid=users,umask=0002,nls=iso8859-1 0 0
/dev/hdb1 /windows/D ntfs ro,users,gid=users,umask=0002,nls=iso8859-1 0 0
/dev/hdb5 /windows/E vfat users,gid=users,umask=0002,iocharset=iso8859-1,code=437 0 0
/dev/hdb3 swap swap pri=42 0 0
devpts /dev/pts devpts mode=0620,gid=5 0 0
proc /proc proc defaults 0 0
usbdevfs /proc/bus/usb usbdevfs noauto 0 0
/dev/cdrecorder /media/cdrecorder auto ro,noauto,user,exec 0 0
/dev/cdrom /media/cdrom auto ro,noauto,user,exec 0 0
/dev/dvd /media/dvd auto ro,noauto,user,exec 0 0
/dev/dvdrecorder /media/dvdrecorder auto ro,noauto,user,exec 0 0

I have no CF- or SD-Card, so I can't test what happens when inserting.
I only want to get rid of the error messages.

Thanks, eric
