USB 2.0 Netlink Cable [Linux <--> WinXP] - Help Plz

I have this USB 2.0 Netlink Cable , that i use nearly everyday to access 2 winxp systems, recently i installed fedora 5 64-bit to one of them,

im a noob in installing drivers , i really would like this device to work so i can share files, and most importantly use Synergy to acess both pcs using one mouse/keyboard

can someone please explain how to setup this on fedora ? and what drivers to install ? and how to enable file sharing ?

Thanks!
