USB 2.0 HardDisk and USB1.1 port

if my laptop only support USB1.1 port, does that mean there
is no way to use USB2.0 harddisk?

I try it on windows, it was not detected out.

Should work fine, but it will be very slow.

I have a USB drive enclosure here that I usually use on USB2.0 ports, but I've occasionally used on 1.1's with no problems other than slowness.
