Wenn Sie bootsector der GAG modifizieren, das ist die ende
that is not what you wrote.. due prior modification the bootsector could be compromised. at least that is what i understood. editing the grub file has nothing, i repeat, nothing to do with "compromising your boot sector".
and try to write in english. the forum rules ....
anyway, german is not my mother language.

Once again, if bootsector modified GAG in unable to find the one you need. I had such unpleasantry before, trying to modify bootsector of suse, while still having FreeBSD and Slack. It was irreversibly damaged, and I had to reinstall. Not that i mind reinstalling, but for some new guy to Open Source it may have rather desperate results

The windows boot sector is damaged. Suse 9.1 probably has resized the windows partition and accidentally damaged the boot sector.
All you need is a windows boot floppy disk.
