unable to hybernate

Hi,

I am using RHEL5 on my machine.

When I choose the option to hybernate,my macine hybernates.

but when I start my machine it shows some np errors and system doesnt run normal .I've to restart the machine again to run normally...

but whenever I newly install the OS(RHEL5) on my machine ,hybernate OCCURS SUCCESSFULLY only once or twice and after then it doesn't work properly...

Is there any solutions for this....
