udev disables network card on boot

I'm running FC4 with kernel 2.6.15 and i've been working on my wireless card forever now... i think over a month. I've gotten everything the way i want it however! on boot when udev loads my network it disables IRQ #5 and i don't know why. I did a lspci -v and my wireless card uses irq 5. I don't know alot about udev really. I'm reading up about it right now but in the mean time does anybody have any solutions for this problem?

Thanks Byblyk
