ubuntu + BT mouse + BT keyboard. where's the settings file?

i have one usb port on the board, and i want to use BT mouse and keyboard via native logitech usb bluetooth adapter. when i plug the adapter in the usb, ubuntu offers me to gain access for the device to the service or smth like this. i would've for sure checked the box and pressed ok button, but i don't have mouse or keyboard connected =)) how can i do it via config files? i still have access via ssh
