Ubuntu and Hauppauge HVR-1100 DVB-T Card

I've tried to get this card working for weeks. First I used Dapper, but I read that its kernel doesn't have needed modules. I installed Edgy but still no success.

lspci doesn't show the card and /dev/dvb/ doesn't exist. I've tried to compile and install v4l drivers, but still nothing. Kernel is 2.6.17-9-generic at the moment.
