After I installed Ubuntu 20.04, the scrolling function of my wireless mouse (Logitech M275) stopped working. The scroll function works fine when I use Logitech M705 mouse. Can you please help on how to resolve the issue with M275?

Try this:

Settings > Mouse & Touchpad > Touchpad > activate Edge Scrolling > Close window.

Reboot computer.
