All I can say is, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".
You can check the memory using memtest86+:

Reboot your computer, keep tapping the Esc key (UEFI boot) and then from the GRUB menu, select Memory test (memtest86+).

Another route is via W10 using Windows Memory Diagnostic tool:

When I last had a blue screen of death in W10, WMD was the only software which correctly diagnosed a faulty RAM module. All the rest gave the memory a clean bill of health.
It also did it relatively quickly.
