TwinView and RedHat 9 Problem

I have my XF86Config setup and though it's all working, the default monitor is always the left monitor.

Does anyone know of a way to tell it that my right monitor is always the default.

Basically when I launch a program it launches in the left monitor always. Even when I launch it from the right monitor it is still coming up on the left and I have to drag it over to the primary monitor.

Here is my XF86Config
