Tv Tuner and Webcam

Hi Guys ( I wonder if there are any ladies out there )
I have a TV Tuner Card and my RedHat System shows it as

Bt878 Video Capture

I also have a WebCam , which is Intel CS110 USB Camera.
And the Hardware browser shows it as

82801AB USB

Now, no matter what software I install , my TV Tuner ALWAYS gets picked up as the capture device and there is NO mention of my USB WebCam. I have tried various SOftware, the lates being Camorama. Still all I see is my TV and nothing from my Web Cam.

Any ideas?

Thankx in advance...

Have you loaded the modules for your USB camera? Not sure which one you'll want but google.com/linux -> search your part # should give a hint or two.

After that it's a matter of telling your cam software which videodev to use as the source (ie: /dev/video0, /dev/video1) and which input use (where input could be the tuner/svideo/line-in on your tv card).

If it's a *.o file, it probably means you have to install it in you kernel source, and then recompile the kernel.
