TV-Out with Radeon 9600

Hi,

Whats the best way to enable TV-out on a radeon 9600?

I googled today and looked for some threads here... I found contradicting info's about it.

The card is working properly on my system now, just for the TV Out i have to boot in windows --> sad ;(

i have a 2.6.11 kernel , and the propietary ATI driver...
Does this ATI driver support the tvout somehow?

To make ATI cards output to TV. You need to use framebuffer. You can use the tv out module from gatos instead. It has limited features. I suggest using nVidia video cards because they have full support in Linux.
