How can I restore the first situation of XF86Config?

Unless you have the original file, in /etc/X11/xorg or xf86
You can try running XF86cfg or XF86config
There should nevertheless also be some files in those dirs that can give you a useable config. just rename to xf86.conf or xorg.conf
