Trying to connect to 2 LAN Xerox printers

Hi,

Have Zorin 15 (Ubuntu 18.04) and trying to get 2 printers working.

I can see the printers in Printers but whilst one (Phaser6250) prints out an error message and thats all on a Test File, I cannot even get any response out of the ColorCube 8570.

Any help please. I have their IP#s.

Wow what a site. My printers aren't there at first look but I will follow and see where it takes me.

Hopefully to a working printer.
