Question trouleshooting in SOUNDMAX AD1885


using mainborad maded by intel, which use AD1885 as soundcard and works well under windows. but when i installed red hat 9 in PC, i can't make it works , and system report soundcard as inel810 , and i can't find linux version driver for it ,what' s the hall can i do ?

Hi..

You have to use ALSA Driver for the same.

Intel has given the ALSA driver in the site. Otherwise use latest ALSA Driver

3Q , just as what you have said ,i can get this dirver form intel websit ,ok.
and by the way ,can you tell me something about ALSA , what's ALSA stand for?

greatly, my friend form india, i feel very pleasure for have chance to meet , you have do me a great favour , and can you give me some other links for linux drivers? and tell me some websit for linux that you are fovour?
