Troubles compiling Asus NX1101 driver (Gigabit Network Adapter) on Debian Etch

I've got some troubles installing my gigabit network adapter on Debian Etch.

The readme on the cd says:
Code:
        b. for kernel 2.6.x
        -------------------
           #make all  => generate ipg.ko
           #insmod ./ipg.ko
           #ifconfig eth0 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx netmask yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy
eth0 is your network adapter, use "dmesg" to check it, ex: eth0, eth1...
xxx is your ip address, ex: 192.168.102.211
yyy is your netmask address, ex:255.255.255.0
The result is:

Code:
whizz@t44:~/bin/nx1101$ sudo make all
make -C /lib/modules/2.6.18-6-686/build SUBDIRS= modules
make: *** /lib/modules/2.6.18-6-686/build: No such file or directory. Stop.
make: *** [all] Error 2
I think I'm missing something like kernel sources or something?

I've been looking around on the internet and I have installed the linux-kernel-headers package, but that didn't help...

aptitude install build-essential module-assistant
m-a update
m-a prepare

Thanks, that gets me a bit further.

Now I get this error:
Code:
whizz@t44:~/bin/nx1101$ sudo make all
make -C /lib/modules/2.6.18-6-686/build SUBDIRS= modules
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.18-6-686'
scripts/Makefile.build:17: /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.18-6-686/scripts/basic/Makefile: No such file or directory
make[3]: *** No rule to make target `/usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.18-6-686/scripts/basic/Makefile'. Stop.
make[2]: *** [scripts_basic] Error 2
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `include/config/auto.conf', needed by `include/config/kernel.release'. Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.18-6-686'
make: *** [all] Error 2
What to do about that?
