trouble with xfree86setup (moderator :: plz delete)

Hallo! =)
I'm using Slackware Linux... and I've now got my NIC functioning but also reinstalled Linux since I took a lot of unnecessary shit into the computer while I was fighting with the NIC drivers....
And now after the reinstallation I can't run xfree86setup. When I try I get a errormsg right after it should rename XF86Config (in /etc/X11/) to XF86Config.backup. Errormsg ::
Fatal server error

XFree86 has found a valid card configruation.
Unfortunately the appropriate data has not been added to xf86PciInfo.h
Please forward 'scanpci -v' output to XFree86 support team.

I guess the support team has some mails to answer (I know supports use to have, I'm working at one)... so I thought I could try get some help here first.... =)

Moderator :: u can now plz delete this thread.... I was a bit too tired when I wrote this last night (swedish time...)...

Next time just notify the Moderator with the "Report this post to a Moderator" option in the lower right hand corner and we can move it to the appropiate forum. Now you've double posted, which is a big NO NO.
