fredws Member Registered: Mar 2003 Posts: 35 Rep:	Tripp Lite UPS install I am installing a Tripp Lite Smart550USB UPS on a Mandrake 9.1 system. I can't seem to get the poweralert software to work, I am certain I am not putting in the right port. Mandrake "sees" the UPS, if I go into Control Center->Hardware, it lists the UPS in there, so I know the system "sees" the UPS. I just don't know how to tell what port it is on. Any ideas? Thanks! Fred
