Trashed my laptop earphone jack... software fix to swap microphone - earphone output?

Alas, I managed to break my earphone jack on my fujitsu siemens amilo...
I have a working microphone and line out jack, so I'm asking myself:

Is there a possibility to switch the earphone output to the micro jack with a special driver?

Any pointer in the right direction are welcome...

Thnx, Seth

it's not going to happen. you could add an external amp to the line out though.

mhh.. I checked it again, it's a line in and not an out. Bad luck I guess.

For the sake of completeness, I just stumbled upon this:

USB Soundcards as an option.

driver, jack, output, sound, switch
