Angry touchpad's scrollbar not working

i have a ZE1210 HP notebook. It's touchpad has a sidebar used to scroll up and down (scrollbar as a scrool wheel in a mouse). The touchpad works but the scrollbar doesn't. I can move the mouse pointer all around the screen but I cannot scroll up and down.

Is there a way to make it work?
I'm using RedHat 8.0

Thanks in advance
eduardo

Never had my hands on one of those, so
can't be sure this works ... but try a search
for X11 wheel, and do to your XF86Config
what people with wheel-mice did ...

HIH
