Touch-pad Dell Inspiron 1501: Fedora How Change Settings?

In the olden Windows times, my laptop had a place where I could change the settings for the touch-pad. Specifically, I could turn off the "double tap=left click" feature, which is quite annoying. Can anybody please tell me where to find the settings for my touch-pad in Fedora? (System>Preferences>Hardware does not list it.)
Thank you very much!
