Also, the windows update might have updated the card, so it's possible that you might have to get the BCM4400 module, and recompile it (or at least remove it from the kernel, and add it back to the kernel), to cope with any changes the windows driver might have made to the firmware. I'd go with ToniT's comment first, however, then work from there. It also might not hurt to see if broadcom/your card maker has a Linux update as well.
